Christmas time is a time to celebrate good news. And we have some to add to the already wonderful season. I'm pregnant! I know it is soon, I see a baby crawling around the house everyday and think, I was just pregnant. Every time I tell someone I feel like they are looking for an explanation and I get all embarrassed and stuff.

But the truth is, I'm excited! Not to be pregnant and get all fat again, but to have another baby this close for a couple of reasons. First, after Patrick we felt like we couldn't have one for a long time because of school. Second, Auretta is a wonderful baby and she would make anyone want another. I know her behavior has no bearing on how this baby will be, but life will work out. I'm also excited because two other women in my book club, including my cousin Embar, are due the same week I am, 1st week of August. (Not so excited for that due date, having to be really pregnant all summer long!!!!!!!!AAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!)

I also know that this makes me a hypocrite. And for those of you who know what I'm talking about I'm sorry. Life has taught me some things and I'm sure I will be corrected on many points throughout my life.

Last but not least, we just found out so the chance that I will have a miscarriage is there. I tell people right away because I can't keep a secret and I want people to share with me the joy and the pain  But if I do have an early miscarriage I will just put up a blog and those who read can please help out by spreading the news.
