So I am amazed at how fast my kids are becoming best friends. I didn't think they would play with each other until she was walking at least. But I was wrong. They love each other and depend on the others company. When Patrick is sleeping and she isn't, I have to put the gate up because she crawls into their room and stands at the end of his bed trying to wake him. It makes me laugh and I could just sit and watch them play for hours. I never knew that I could feel so much joy in them loving each other. Watching Patrick make her laugh is just as good, no it is better, than hearing him say "I love you" to me. All the sharing fights are more than worth their friendship.

Another tidbit, Auretta has taken her first steps. I'm glad to say that Chad was there to see it first. Now don't get the wrong idea, she is by no means walking, just a step to 3 steps. But she is getting big. Next month she will be one. Wow that year flew by!
