So I am ready to lose my baby weight! I have yet to get to the weight I was before I got pregnant. I was really close with Auretta, but got pregnant again when she was 7 mo old. Well, I'm happy to say that I am a mere 10 lbs away from my pre-David weight. But I don't want to stop there. I'm going all the way baby!
First I will lose my David weight, then Auretta's, Patricks, Chads (the weight after we got married), and college 10. Yes I have a lot to lose, but I'm excited and motivated to do it.
The Hansen family is joining me in my effort. Six of us are putting in $5 and the biggest loser from today to the morning of Thanksgiving gets the jackpot. And then $10 from all of us for the biggest loser from now until Dec 28th.
My mother-in-law and I disagree over the weigh in days. I feel that we should weigh in the Friday after thanksgiving to motivate us not to eat like pigs. She didn't agree. So we compromised and I got to pick the 28th of Dec. But really, there is no way that I'm going to pass up Heater's banana cream pie!
Anyways, wish me luck! And I'll take that luck and run with it.

Good for you, Maggie! Sounds like you have a great system. I'm trying to lose a lot of weight, too. I was doing good until Damian's birthday this month. Now I need to get back on track. :) Good luck!
