Thanksgiving

Better late than never. Thanksgiving was fun. We went up to Dillon and spent a week with Chad's family. I wish I had pictures to show you, but we forgot the camera. We went Black Friday shopping and wondered why we do. All in all, it was a fun holiday with family.

After math: before we left I started some projects. I've been needing something in my life other than house wife, if you know what I mean. I'm training for a marathon. June 12th! It is going ok. I also started a play group, coupon cutting (savvyshopperdeals.com), card table tent for the kids for Christmas, paint the kitchen, start a neighborhood preschool in January, Book club at my house, free tutoring for high schoolers, and got a new calling, primary choirster. I could write multiply paragraphs on each of these. But there's a problem, I'm not one of those super moms, so now I'm trying to decided what to back off on. Some days I want to cry, and by some days, I mean everyday. Cried watching Hook last night :) Tis the season to be overwhelmed. But this year it is my fault. I hate when I do that.

I hope you all have a great Christmas season! And with all the craziness, remember Christ! and for the young mothers out there like myself, remember when raising young children, days go slow, but years go fast.
