Since I put up my running schedule, I have been reminded how many people read our blog. I don't get a lot of comments on this but I have gotten a few from talking to people lately. And there seems to be a misunderstanding about my running that Chad thinks I should clear up on here.
I am not running to lose weight! That is a benefit only. And to be honest, I haven't lost that much weight.
I am training for a half marathon for a lot of reasons, I was going to tell you, but I can't they are personal to me. But I do want to make it clear that weight lose is not my motivation.

So your saying that we have to find something other then weight lose to motivated us to exercise and be healthy. Do I understand now?
I for one have no motivation right now.
I wonder what would motivate me. Any suggestions?
