Thanksgiving and Christmas
This was our last Thanksgiving in Dillon. Chad's parents sold most of the farm and bought a ranch about a half hour south in Dell, Montana. We will sure miss Dillon. We got to spend time with Chad's parents, Kaleigh, Cody's family, and Candace's family. We even got to see Harris's family, Laura and Erin's family. I always love spending time with so many people we love! The kids had a blast playing with so many friends and I enjoyed it too! We played games almost every night, which I love. Patrick and Auretta stayed up late and joined us for dominos one night. They had a blast. Grandma made a beautiful, tasty meal for Thanksgiving. We all had a great time!
For Christmas, we got invaded. We knew my parents would most likely come to visit, but two weeks before Christmas Kyle and Harris decided they'd come too! So for Christmas day we had Grandma, Grandpa, Laura Jean, Kyle and Ashley. Christmas Eve night we acted out the nativity with everyone. It was wonderful. Followed by a perfect Christmas morning, snow included! We opened gifts, ate like kings and had a relaxing morning. Then in the afternoon we went sledding. It was so much fun! The next day, Michael and Clarissa came. And then the next day, Kyle and Ashley went to SLC to stay with her aunt but Harris's family arrived. Kyle and Michael came down so that's 23 people hanging out in our tiny home! It was packed to the brim! But we loved every single second of it! By New Years Harris and Kyle left; the rest of us had a semi-quiet New Years at Michael's house. All in all, it was a great holiday season.
